Inflation Solutions LLC warrants to the original purchaser this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years after purchase.

The obligation of Inflation Solutions to honor this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective merchandise, to the original purchaser, subject to inspection of equipment in question by an authorized Inflation Solutions sales or service technician.

Negligence, abuse, damage from foreign material (including liquid ballast), damage resulting from improper installation, alteration or modification of the product beyond its original intended application will cause the warranty to be void.

Return of defective goods must be made within thirty (30) days of failure to Inflation Solutions, New Carlisle, Ohio USA or to the nearest authorized Inflation Solutions distributor and service outlet. Contact Inflation Solutions for a return authorization number.

Inflation Solutions reserves the right to make changes in materials or design of the product at any time without notice without incurring any obligation to owners of products previously sold.

Inflation Solutions will not be held responsible for any repair charges to their products made by customers without prior written consent and prior inspection by an authorized Inflation Solutions sales or service technician.

This warranty shall not be interpreted to render liability for injury or damage of any kind, direct, consequential or contingent to person or property.

Inflation Solutions will not be held responsible for repair/replacement charges to tires operated with insufficient pressure.

This warranty does not extend to loss of crops, economic and/ or commercial loss, loss due to delay in crop production or any expense incurred for labor, supplies, substitute machinery, rental, or for any other reason.

This warranty is subject to any existing condition of supply, which may directly affect Inflation Solutions ability to obtain materials of manufacture and delivery of replacement parts.

No one is authorized to alter, enlarge, or modify this warranty nor its exclusions, limitations and reservations.
