Important installation information:
*We require that the valve stems for all wheels (duals and triples) at each equipment corner line up with each other (within one lug bolt hole). This gives us the repeatability that all XX size wheels on YY spacing will use the same length hoses. If stems are not already lined up this may require duals be unbolted and rotated.
*For bar axle duals, a 3/4 inch (19mm) hole will need drilled through the outer wheel center for the hose to pass thru (CNH tractor owners, this will be both the inner and outer wheels).
*Tire Minders may be used on wheels which have tubes installed, but the strength needed to prevent hoses or gauge blocks from being ripped off in mud or debris is compromised. Tubes use rubber base valve stems with little metal in them. Let us know if tubes are used and we can supply a metal nut to replace the plastic nut used with most tubes on the valve stem.
- Single wheeled grain carts, sludge tankers, litter spreaders, air seeder carts.
- Terragators, Field Gymmys, Lorals, etc., with flotation tires.
- Deere 7000-8000 tractor single rear tires.
- Deere 2wd and MFWD rear duals.
- Deere 7000-8000 MFWD front single tires with newer 8 and 16 position wheels.
- Deere 8020-8030 MFWD front dual tires on 20-40 inch spacing.
- Deere 4wd with duals. (cast weights are not a problem)
- Deere combine duals.
- CNH, MX and STX tractors with dual 32, 38, 42, 46, 50 inch tires on 20-40 inch spacing and tractors with tires not set up for row work (we will need tire spacing-cast weights are not a problem).
- CNH MX MFWD single front tires with 8 position wheels.
- CNH MX MFWD front dual tires on a case by case basis.
- All two wheel drive and four wheel drive tractors with open center duals(earlier tie bolt and clamp on duals). Example- Steiger, Versatile, Buehler, CIH 90x0/91x0/92x0, Big Bud, etc. We will need wheel spacing.
- JCB 8250. Other JCB’s on a case by case basis.
- Triple tire tractors.
